Flame- retardant density fibre board is made from wood fibers or other plant fibers, and applied with urea formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives. In the spraying section, like applying glue, flame retardant is added to the production line to produce boards with a density range of 500-880kg/m3. Flame retardant density board has good physical and mechanical properties and processing properties, and can be made into boards of different thicknesses. Therefore, it is widely used in furniture manufacturing, construction, interior decoration, shipbuilding, and automotive lighting industries. Features : 1. The internal structure is uniform, with moderate density, good dimensional stability, and minimal deformation. 2. The physical and mechanical properties such as static bending strength, internal bonding strength, elastic modulus, screw holding force on the board surface and the board edge are superior to those of particle board. 3. The surface is flat and smooth, making it easy for secondary processing.
